Returns

It is possible to return a BED BASE product in its original condition (new in its box - unopened) within 30 days of purchase. (not applicable to mattresses). Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer. If you have a request regarding your purchase, please complete our online form available on the "Contact Us" page with a detailed description in the comment section. A customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible.

ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel an online order within 24 hours of purchase. To do so, fill out the form available on the "Contact Us" page with a detailed description of your request in the comment section. An email confirmation will be sent to you to approve the cancellation. Without this confirmation, the order will remain valid, and all associated fees will be applied.

Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method within 5 business days. However, an additional 5 to 10 business days may be required before the refunded amount appears on your bank statement.

SMART BED reserves the right to cancel an online order at any time in the event of a pricing error or out-of-stock situation.

All sales are final. If a product has a defect covered by the warranty, SMART BED may decide to repair it, replace it, or issue a credit.
